Prior to real estate, Hermie spent over eight years in financial and hotel management, providing her with a strong foundation in customer service, business operations, and financial analysis. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of the East in the Philippines.
